Job Description

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and networking.
Enhance department and organizational reputation by taking ownership of new tasks and adding value.
Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver exceptional day-to-day client service.
Monitor and analyze customer usage of products to optimize engagement.
Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and grow existing client relationships.
