Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Account Executive

with strong knowledge of accounting operations, statutory compliances, audit preparations, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance accuracy, and assisting in internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger management.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
GST & TDS Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation).
Manage TDS calculations, payments, and returns.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.
Audit Support
Coordinate and prepare data for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on audit queries.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports including cash flow, expense reports, sales summaries, and financial statements.
Analyze data and share insights with management for decision-making.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain compliance records, statutory documents, and financial files.
Assist in maintaining company's financial discipline and process documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliances.
Working experience with Tally / Busy / ERP accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS).
Excellent numerical & analytical ability.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
25 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in handling compliances and audits is mandatory

Skills: compliance,reporting,tax deducted at source (tds),finance,gst
