We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and will be responsible for managing a team, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
Supervise and train junior accounting staff.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
