Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for communicating with US-based clients to maintain their books of accounts. This will require good verbal and English writing skills. You must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior. Some overlap in the US time zone might be needed for client communication. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and utilize Docyt's proprietary software for assisting in account bookkeeping for US-based clients, with QuickBooks knowledge required. - Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, income and expenditure statements. - Reconcile a chart of accounts, including bank accounts. - Post month-end journal entries. - Uphold the highest level of integrity to preserve the confidentiality of sensitive financial data. - Be open to working in Night shifts when needed to communicate with customers. Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in finance or commerce with an accounting concentration is highly desired. - 2-4 years of recent experience in account management related to accounting. - Good verbal and English writing skills are essential for communicating with U.S.-based clients.
