Accounts Manager

Your responsibilities will include handling accounting tasks like data entry, invoicing, and bank transactions, maintaining accurate books of accounts using Tally or other accounting software, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. You will also support internal and external audits, coordinate with different departments for financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, with an M.Com/MBA Finance being a plus. 5-7 years of relevant experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, are essential.
