Accounts Manager/ Accounts Incharge

Qualification: B com or M com with Tally Knowledge

Experience Required: At least 5 to 10 years of Accounts financial and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations in Hotel Industry.

5 to 10 Years in Accounts and Finance

• Tally and Software entries.
• Ensure the property's overall accounting and financial management.
• To be represent the finance department during daily morning meetings
• Daily MIS Report, Day Book ,patty cash handling , Bill auditing report
• Preparing and reviewing annual budgets, monthly P&Ls, balance ledgers.
• To be verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
• · Able to prepare and submits management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines.
• Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard Showroom assets.
• Able to proactively assist with cost control requirements and revenue enhancement possibilities.
• Able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work.
• Work closely with all departments in assisting with financial aspects, assisting with the hotel when needed.
• Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
• Monitors all local tax compliance that applies, and ensuring that taxes are charged correctly and collected, file the local tax with the concerned authority on a monthly/regular basis.
• Ensure that GST, VAT, TDS Filing as on monthly bases
• To be follow up for debtors payments
• To be follow up for vendors(Creditors ) payments
• Ensure the half yearly and yearly Audit and Compliance for NC
• Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
• Should have a high command of Excel, Tally ERP-9
• Must be personable and well able to deal with Showroom Sales and Service Revenue
• Must possess excellent financial knowledge, analytical skills and be very well organized.
