Accounts Intern

This is a remote position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in statutory compliance – including preparation, payment, and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
  
• Support the team with client invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  
• Perform account reconciliations and help identify discrepancies.
  
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.
  
• Track and update daily expense records to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping.
  
• Help streamline internal processes related to payments and documentation.
  
• Maintain and organize financial transaction records.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (ideal for commerce/accounting students).
  
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  
• Familiarity with GST filing and Zoho Books is a plus.
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
  
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
