ACCOUNTS HEAD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations. Your role will involve managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Additionally, you will monitor statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax. You will liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Developing and implementing internal controls and accounting policies will also be part of your responsibilities. As a leader, you will lead and mentor the accounts team.
