Sky Ocean Shipping is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company offering end-to-end solutions in sea, air, and land transportation. With a strong presence across the Middle East and Asia, we specialize in international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and project cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure timely collections and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage transactions, and monitor cash flow.
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and ensure compliance with Indian accounting regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate billing and shipment-related cost allocation.
• Maintain financial records using Tally or ERP systems.
• Assist with monthly closings, audits, and generate reports for management.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
