Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Accounting: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock

movements and conducting regular stock audits.

GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance with all GST

regulations.

Accounts Payable: Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including verifying and

reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Accounts Receivable: Handle accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, tracking payments,

and managing collections.

Tally Management: Utilize Tally software for all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and

completeness.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain various financial reports and statements as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

Proficiency in Tally software.

Strong knowledge of Inventory Accounting.

Experience with GST compliance and filings.

Expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor& degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Based in Pune, Maharashtra.
