Currently we are hiring for Senior Accounts Executive. Below are the details.
Job Profile Senior Accounts Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Notice Period: 15 Days Maximum
The person should be highly proficient with Excel ,Tally ERP 9 , GST portal, Genius software for TDS filing.
Strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential.
Other Than this The key skills we require for this profile are mainly:
1. Book keeping and Tally accounting.
2. Proven work experience as a Senior account executive.
3. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
4. GST returns preparation and filling knowledge.
5. Direct and Indirect Taxation working Knowledge.
6. Working Knowledge of employee related acts PF and ESIC etc.
7. Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts; Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
8. Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses, Bank statements and manage complete accounting in Tally
9. Working Knowledge of Preparation of Payroll.
10. Client and vendor(Banks)communication experience.
