Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries and records using
Tally ERP
Handle
financial accounting
including ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations
Prepare and issue
tax invoices
and maintain proper billing records
Manage
GST compliance
, including return filing and reconciliations
Handle
TDS deductions, payments, and returns
Assist in
statutory and internal audits
and coordinate with auditors
Support
finalization of accounts
under CA supervision
Perform
bank reconciliations
and monitor cash/bank transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports

Key Skills

Financial Accounting & Finalization
Tally ERP
GST & TDS Compliance
Audit Support (Worked under CA / CA Firm Experience Mandatory)
Bank Reconciliation
Microsoft Excel

Experience & Education

Experience:
4 to 5 years (Must have worked under a CA or Audit Firm)

B.Com / M.Com
