1. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
2. Manage the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Authority general ledger and maintains all accounting related documentations.
3. Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
4. Maintains accounting databases by entering data in the ERP; processing backups.
5. GST and TDS payment and compliances with support of company CA.
6. Maintaining records of all bank account.
7. Payments follow-ups from clients.
8. All tax reconciliation and timely payment.
9. Necessary co-ordination with the bank.
10. Managing project cashflows in coordination with project manager
11. Keeping track of all the assets and liabilities of the company and preparing the balance sheet.
12. Preparation of tax invoices. Verification of all suppliers invoices, reimbursements & day to day running bills.
1. Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the same domain.
2. Basic Knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Excel, Software, etc. Knowledge of Zoho is preferred.
3. Candidate should be good in verbal and written communication.
4. Candidate should be good in calculations & should have good negotiation skills.
The Candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce or Business Management.
