Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account Executive with 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will handle processing receivables, verifying financial transactions, ensuring proper payment recording, and managing purchase and sales entries using Tally. If you have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and are proactive, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Process incoming payments and manage receivables according to company policies.
• Financial Transactions: Verify, classify, compute, and record data related to accounts receivable daily.
• Billing & Invoices: Prepare bills and invoices, and handle bank deposits.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accurate payment posting and documentation.
• Client Communication: Resolve billing issues, address discrepancies, and send payment reminders to clients.
• Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with month-end reporting.
• Purchase and Sales Entry: Record purchase and sales transactions accurately in Tally.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
