Job Description

As a Client Relationship Executive, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by converting leads into customers, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Your sales and negotiation skills will be crucial in conducting sales presentations, calls, negotiating contracts, and closing sales successfully. In addition to client acquisition, you will handle financial management tasks such as processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits. It is essential to maintain accurate financial and client records, often utilizing CRM and Tally ERP software for record-keeping purposes.
