Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive (Male)

Location: E-44/10, Pocket D, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi, Delhi 110020
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Purchase Invoice Entry: Accurately enter purchase invoices into Tally, ensuring they align with company standards and are free from discrepancies.
Reimbursement Voucher Processing: Verify and record reimbursement vouchers in compliance with company policies and accounting guidelines.
Sales Entry: Record sales transactions into the Tally system with accuracy and efficiency.
E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill Generation: Generate e-invoices and e-way bills, ensuring full compliance with applicable tax regulations.
GST & TDS Knowledge: Apply a sound understanding of GST and TDS procedures to ensure proper compliance with tax laws.
Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliation to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Additional Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
