Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Isckon, Ahemdabad

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our Accounts team with daily data entry, reconciliation, and documentation tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions (student fees, vendor payments, staff expenses, etc.) in the company’s accounting software – Hydrogen.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of all vouchers, receipts, and entries.
Assist in preparing and organizing supporting documents for accounts and audits.
Support student fee reconciliation and tracking of outstanding payments.
Help with bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and filing of financial records.
Assist the accounts team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
