Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payment to vendors.
Handle travel expenses by processing claims, verifying receipts, and making payments through petty cash management.
Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accurate records of vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding invoice processing, invoice verification, and vendor payments.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
Verify and process employee reimbursement requests (travel, meals, lodging, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and expense limits
Review receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
Flag discrepancies and Validation
Enter data in ERP systems Oracle.
Route claims for approval as per workflow hierarchy
Ensure adherence to internal reimbursement policies.
Handle queries from employees regarding reimbursement status or rejections
Guide employees on policy and documentation requirements
Coordinate with Finance to initiate reimbursement payments
Reconcile employee accounts and advances
Prepare reports on reimbursements processed, aging, and pending claims
Assist in internal or statutory audits with proper documentation
