Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience with TDS, ITR filing, GST returns, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Preparation and filing of TDS returns and ensuring timely payment

ü Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals and businesses

ü Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

ü Maintain day-to-day accounting records and documentation

ü Handle bank reconciliations, invoices, and journal entries

ü Maintain vendor and client payment records

ü Generate and manage reports using Microsoft Excel

ü Assist in audits, compliances, and month-end closing activities

ü Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

Required Skills:

ü Knowledge of TDS, ITR, GST-R compliance and procedures

ü Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

ü Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

ü Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

ü Ability to work independently and manage timelines

Qualifications:

ü B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

ü Minimum 6 month of experience in a similar accounting role

ü Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Busy/etc.) is a plus
