Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation).
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Support the finance manager in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
