Job Description

Working Hours & Days: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Office Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam Experience: 1–8 Years Salary: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and analysis of financial reports.
Assist in email proofing for clients’ Finance & Accounts matters.
Process vendor & customer invoices.
Reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Bank reconciliations.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Preparation of balance sheet schedules.
Handle ad-hoc tasks related to Accounts and Finance.

Requirements & Skills:

B.Com graduate.
1+ years of experience in accounts (preferred).
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Experience using financial software such as QBO and NetSuite.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong time management skills.
