Review and booking provisions for monthly closure of books for MIS.
Routine reconciliations with customers, vendors and related parties and issue of DN / CN.
Inventory related Invoicing, accounting, reporting.
Inventory movement working, GRN Reconciliation.
Recording bills, expenses, HR cost and reconciliation.
Updating of bank entries, Bank Reconciliation on daily basis.
Tax Compliance including TDS, GST monthly, quarterly annual reconciliations.
Trial balance review and ensure completeness.
Preparation of quarterly annually audit schedules and audit requirements, reconciliations, backup workings etc.
Good working knowledge of excel and word, TALLY.
Strong understanding of accounting principles with handson experience in Accounts Payable (AP) aging and payments, and Accounts Receivable (AR) collections.
Experience in monthly book closure including review and booking of provisions for MIS reporting.
Ability to perform routine reconciliations with customers, vendors, and related parties; including issuance of Debit Notes (DN) / Credit Notes (CN).
Knowledge of inventory invoicing, accounting, movement tracking, and GRN reconciliation.
Experience in recording vendor bills, expenses, and HRrelated costs with timely reconciliations.
Proficiency in daily bank entry updates and performing Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Good understanding of tax compliance including TDS and GSTmonthly, quarterly, and annual filings and reconciliations.
Ability to review trial balance and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Experience in preparing audit schedules and fulfilling quarterly and annual audit requirements with complete backup and reconciliations.
Selfmotivated, deadlineoriented, and capable of supporting the finance team with accurate financial reporting.
