Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive at BMW Munich Motors in Raipur, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Accounts & Finance department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare vouchers, invoices, and maintain proper records of all financial transactions. - Efficiently handle petty cash and bank transactions. - Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance requirements. - Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors. - Maintain updated ledgers and ensure accuracy of accounting entries. - Support management in budgeting and financial planning. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred). - Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role. - Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
