Job Description

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing all accounting, billing, payroll, and statutory compliance activities related to the operations. This includes preparing reports, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy in receivables and compliance.

Workforce Focus

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage workforce billing.
Record bank receipts and generate daily collection reports and maintain reconciled debtor’s ledger
Initiate salary payouts and prepare salary reconciliations
Generate inflow reports and prepare inflow vs. outflow analysis. (reimbursement & service reimbursement)
Prepare client wise P&L
Manage TDS, GST, ESI, PF, and PT compliances and reconciliations.
Handle GST outstanding ledger and TDS receivable reconciliation.
Participate in workforce billing/receivable meetings and support collection follow-ups.
Assist in monthly closure of workforce accounts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and client billing.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, GST).
Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
