Job Description

Key Focus

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of SAP, GST, TDS, and general accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST return filing, reconciliation, E-way bill generation, and TDS compliance, along with excellent command of MS Excel. The role is crucial to ensure statutory compliance, smooth financial operations, and accurate accounting processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, vendor bills, and expense claims.
Handle GST compliance filing monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), GST reconciliation, and portal-related tasks.
Prepare and manage E-way bills under GST for goods movement.
File TDS returns and ensures compliance with deduction, deposit, and reconciliation.
Work extensively on SAP (FI/MM modules) for purchase processes, accounting, and reporting.
Perform vendor reconciliations and support in audits/statutory requirements.
Generate MIS reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Support in month-end closing and reporting.
Flexible to work on Sundays/holidays if required.
