Accounts Executive

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

‣ Manage day-to-day accoun2ng opera2ons including bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconcilia2ons, payments, receivables, and payables.

‣ Ensure accurate and 2mely prepara2on of MIS reports and financial data.

‣ Coordinate with external CA for preparaton and finalisa2on of annual financial statements, audits, and tax filings. COMPLIANCE & STATUTORY MATTERS

‣ Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliance.

‣ Liaise with government officials such as GST officers, factory inspectors, etc. for compliance queries, audits, or inspec2ons.

‣ Ensure 2mely submission of all statutory returns and compliance reports.

‣ Handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance, filing of returns, and documenta2on as per Companies Act.

‣ Ensure renewal of company licences and registra2ons (such as NSIC, factory licence, professional tax, etc.) within deadlines.

COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATION

‣ Work closely with CA, consultants, and auditors for statutory compliance and legal maZers.

‣ Prepare and maintain records required for audits, inspec2ons, and cer2fica2ons.

‣ Handle personnel department ac2vi2es including employee aZendance, payroll coordina2on, PF/ESIC compliance, and HR documenta2on. Technical Skills & Competencies: ‣ Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF/ESIC, ROC filings, and licence renewals.

‣ Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar accoun2ng sooware.

‣ Good communica2on skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

‣ Ability to independently handle accounts and liaise with government departments.

‣ Strong problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualification: ‣ Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com). Addi2onal qualifica2ons such as CAInter or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage

Experience - 5 to 7 year

Salary - Depend On Interview

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
