Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of accounting experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support monthly closings and reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed in accounting principles, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate data entry in accounting systems ( QuickBooks & ZOHO Books)
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions & Payroll
Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks (filings and payments)
Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits
Generate financial reports such as cash flow statements, ledgers, and MIS reports
Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and follow up on discrepancies
Support the senior finance team with budgeting and analysis tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or semi-qualified CA/ICWA is a plus)
3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience with Good understanding of accounting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books & QuickBooks)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of US Tax Laws and Labor Laws (401K, Insurance, LCA etc) is preferred.
