Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage our supermarket's financial transactions, accounts, and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Financial Transactions: Manage and record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and payments. - Accounts Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including daily sales reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. - Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets and forecasts. Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment. - Skills:   - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.   - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.   - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, Gofrugal) and Microsoft Office.   - Attention to detail and accuracy.
