Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Duties

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting activities.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
• Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Organised approach to work with exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
