Job Specification:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
• Experience:
• 2–4 years in dispatch/logistics operations in packaging, pharma, or manufacturing industry
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation (invoices, e-way bills)
• Familiarity with ERP or Tally for dispatch entry
• Understanding of inventory movement and warehouse tracking
• Coordination with transporters and delivery schedules
• Basic MS Excel usage for tracking dispatches
• Soft Skills:
• Time management and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Good written and verbal communication
• Responsiveness and issue follow-up

Accountability:

• Assist in timely dispatch of products as per plan
• Maintain dispatch and transport records
• Ensure basic compliance in packaging and labeling
• Coordinate with logistics vendors for timely pickups
• Support accurate inventory updates during dispatch

Job Description:

1. Dispatch Planning & Execution:

• Collect packed material and prepare for dispatch as per order
• Ensure correct labeling, invoicing, and e-way bill preparation
• Plan and schedule dispatches as per customer orders

2. Transport Coordination:

• Liaise with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement
• Share dispatch details and confirm delivery schedules
• Monitor in-transit deliveries for delays and resolve issues proactively

3. Documentation:

• Ensure all dispatch-related documents are complete and attached
• Ensure transport compliance with GST and RTO regulations
• Submit documents to accounts and maintain dispatch files

4. Inventory Handling:

• Update stock movement in system post-dispatch
• Support physical stock checks and monthly reconciliation

5. Internal Support:

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and QC for smooth dispatch flow
• Ensure that materials are packed, labeled, and dispatched per customer specs

6. Store Management

• Maintain proper storage, stacking, and arrangement of raw materials, packing

materials, and finished goods

• Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock-out situations
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in store areas

7. Inward Process

• Receive incoming raw material, packing material, and consumables
• Verify materials against purchase orders and invoices (quantity & quality check

with QC if required)

• Record inward entries in system/register and prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
• Ensure proper labelling and safe storage of received items

8. Outward Process

• Issue raw material, packing material, and consumables to production as per

requisition

• Maintain material issue records and ensure FIFO/FEFO system adherence
• Prepare outward gate pass/documents for material movement outside factory
• Coordinate with accounts for vendor returns, rejections, and replacements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,420.49 - ₹36,607.62 per month
