Dispatch Planning & Execution: Collect packed material and prepare for dispatch as per order Ensure correct labeling, invoicing, and e-way bill preparation Plan and schedule dispatches as per customer orders 2. Transport Coordination: Liaise with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement Share dispatch details and confirm delivery schedules Monitor in-transit deliveries for delays and resolve issues proactively 3. Documentation: Ensure all dispatch-related documents are complete and attached Ensure transport compliance with GST and RTO regulations Submit documents to accounts and maintain dispatch files 4. Inventory Handling: Update stock movement in system post-dispatch Support physical stock checks and monthly reconciliation 5. Internal Support: Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and QC for smooth dispatch flow Ensure that materials are packed, labeled, and dispatched per customer specs 6. Store Management Maintain proper storage, stacking, and arrangement of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock-out situations Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in store areas 7. Inward Process Receive incoming raw material, packing material, and consumables Verify materials against purchase orders and invoices (quantity & quality check with QC if required) Record inward entries in system/register and prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Ensure proper labelling and safe storage of received items 8.
