§ Admin Officer / Executive / Manager - General Administration § Admin Officer / Executive / Manager - Canteen Management Ø Computer/ Technical Skills: Excel, Oracle, SAP Tally Microsoft Outlook & PowerPoint Ø Educational Qualification- Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience Key Responsibilities: Office Administration · Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. · Coordinates facility maintenance and repairs, being also part of planning team for office spaces further expansions. · Manage and be responsible for the purchasing of office related equipment and services. · Maintain relations with contractors, suppliers. · Participate in operations budget creation and execution. · Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints · Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. · Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. · Support HR team in new hire onboarding. ✓ Processing vendor invoices in corporate financial system for further payments. Key Responsibilities: Transport · Plan and supervise all bus routes as per shift schedule · Schedule daily and weekly bus routes · Track buses in order to ensure smooth employee transport · Coordinate with business to ensure safe employee transport · Monitor and report on transportation costs · Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment · Research and suggest cost-effective transport model · Conduct regular safety audits, maintenance on equipment Key Responsibilities: Cafeteria · The Canteen Manager is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Canteen. · Planning, organising, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the canteen, including daily record-keeping, opening and closing the canteen, preparation and cooking for service and ensuring all employees cafeteria attendance · Developing, implementing and managing procedures to deliver the food service in line with the standard food handling practices · Providing healthy, nutritious diet as per laid down services in Cafeteria agreement Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 24 months Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
