Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (In-hand)

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, sales coordination, and documentation using Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial entries, invoicing, client follow-ups, and reconciliation tasks to support smooth business operations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation
• Experience in sales coordination
• Familiarity with E-Way Bill generation
• Hands-on experience with Proforma Invoice and PI generation
• CRM knowledge for payment follow-ups
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record financial transactions in Tally Prime
• Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and Proforma Invoices
• Follow up with clients on payments through CRM
• Create and maintain Purchase Invoices (PI) and related documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

Experience:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
