Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing various financial aspects to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, handling tax compliance, managing client and vendor relations, enforcing internal controls, and suggesting improvements to accounting systems. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Any graduate/postgraduate qualifications will be considered. You must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills are essential for interactions with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and suggest process improvements is crucial for success in this position. Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, but entry-level positions may be available for candidates with less experience. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP knowledge and experience, and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
