Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, sale bill & purchase bill entry and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and financial statements. Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or auditors as required. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and submit tax filings (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.), if applicable. Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.
