Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. Your responsibilities will include handling and maintaining accurate cash transactions, maintaining ledgers, journals, and assisting in bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will support monthly/quarterly financial reporting and audits, assist with budget preparation and variance analysis, and issue "No Due" certificates for resigning staff. It will be your responsibility to ensure same-day or next working day deposit of collections, with receipts shared to the Bills Receivables Team. Collaboration with other departments to suggest process improvements will also be a part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software are required. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential. Previous experience in reconciliations, reporting, and handling financial records is preferred.
