Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with numbers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and statements for management review.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting.
• Understanding of tax laws and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
