Job Description

As an Account Executive in the NVOCC industry based in Mumbai, India, your role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers by verifying rates, quantities, and discounts. Your responsibilities also include reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial reports - Manage the invoicing process for timely and accurate billing - Reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities - Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records - Collaborate with the finance team for audit support - Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax regulations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. As part of the application process, you are required to have 70% and above scores in 10th and 12th academic years. This is a full-time position with work location required to be in person.
