About the Role
Arteva Group is looking for an Accounts Executive with strong accounting knowledge and a readiness to work in the field. This role requires someone who can handle financial records, assist with daily accounting tasks, and also manage client accounts while being on-site for field work. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and open to both office and field responsibilities, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Manage field accounting tasks including client visits and on-site billings.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts or finance-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Comfortable working in the field , visiting site and meeting clients.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
