Our firm is expanding operations in Rajpura (Punjab) and we are looking for a skilled and responsible Account Executive with prior experience in Indian accounting processes to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Indian Accounting. The candidate should be proficient in QUICKBOOKS, XERO ,Bookkeeping, and reconciliation work.

This is a full-time, on-site evening shift role (2 PM to 11 PM) suitable for professionals with prior accounting experience. Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all day-to-day accounting entries in / Zoho Books / Xero / QuickBooks .
• Maintain journals, ledgers, and trial balance with 100% accuracy.
• Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS computation and filing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounts of vendors and customers.
• Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and petty cash transactions.
• Assist in finalization of accounts, preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and records.
• Ensure proper compliance and documentation as per Indian accounting standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian Accounting (mandatory).
• Software Skills:
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks preferred.
• Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with accountability.

Note: Candidates with less than 2 years of accounting experience or freshers should not apply for this position. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
