Accounting:

• Financial Record Keeping:Managing daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting:Preparing reports like sales and purchase reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Tax Compliance:Assisting with tax filings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Tally & Excel Proficiency:Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel is often required.

Operations:

• Customer Relationship Management:Handling customer inquiries, addressing issues, and coordinating deliveries.
• Logistics Coordination:Working with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining optimal stock levels and anticipating future needs based on historical data.
• Process Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implementing solutions.

General:

• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and potentially other languages like Telugu or Hindi (depending on the company and location).
• Problem-Solving:Handling customer complaints, resolving discrepancies, and addressing operational challenges.
• Teamwork:Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

An "Accountant Cum Operations Executive" might be responsible for:

• Creating invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
• Maintaining customer records and coordinating with them for orders and deliveries.
• Managing logistics and ensuring timely product delivery.
• Reconciling accounts and addressing discrepancies.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Working with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Preferred)
