Accounts cum Inventory Management Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Inventory Management Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting practices and inventory control, preferably with a background in auditing firms and stock management companies.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations

Handle inventory records, stock inward/outward tracking, and periodic stock audits

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for stock and financial documentation

Maintain accurate ledgers and assist in financial reporting

Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

1–3 years of experience in an auditing firm or inventory/stock management company

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and inventory management software

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
