Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Account Cum Collection Executive to manage accounting, client collections, and government tender-related activities. The role includes maintaining financial records, following up on payments, and government tender activities, including EMD handling, order tracking, and payment follow-ups, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records of the total outstanding payment of the company.
Follow up with clients for timely payment collection.
Track pending payments using aging reports.
Resolve billing disputes in coordination with relevant teams.
Record payments and issue receipts accurately.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly collection targets.
Communicate professionally with clients on payment matters.
Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve issues.
Submit regular reports on collections and outstanding balances.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience preferred.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
