Job Description

As a Financial Accountant & Reporter, your role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards like Ind AS/IFRS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. - Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit processes and maintaining proper documentation for audit readiness. - Assisting in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring actuals vs. budget, and providing insights for cost optimization. - Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs. - Supervising and guiding junior accountants and collaborating with various stakeholders for financial matters. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certification like CA, CPA, or CMA would be preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. - Prior experience in financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
