Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain

  day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping

  for sales
• Manage

  client follow-ups

  regarding orders, requirements, and payments
• Prepare and maintain

  financial reports, reconciliations, and invoices

• Handle

  B2B marketing and lead generation

  on platforms such as

  Indiamart, TradeIndia, and LinkedIn

• Manage product listings, respond to inquiries, and track leads & conversions
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order fulfillment

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of

  basic accounting and bookkeeping

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

  (

  Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks

  a plus)
• Strong

  communication and follow-up

  skills
• Familiarity with

  B2B platforms (Indiamart, TradeIndia, LinkedIn)

• Good

  time management and organizational skills

• Basic

  digital marketing skills

  (social media, Canva, WhatsApp Business) are an added advantage
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated to work in a growing business
