Our Flowers Division supplies premium-quality roses to wholesale and retail buyers across various markets in India. We are looking for a dedicated team member to manage accounting, client servicing, and B2B marketing operations. Your Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping for sales Manage client follow-ups regarding orders, requirements, and payments Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and invoices Handle B2B marketing and lead generation on platforms such as Indiamart, TradeIndia, and LinkedIn Manage product listings, respond to inquiries, and track leads & conversions Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order fulfillment Required Skills: Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets ( Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks a plus) Strong communication and follow-up skills Familiarity with B2B platforms (Indiamart, TradeIndia, LinkedIn) Good time management and organizational skills Basic digital marketing skills (social media, Canva, WhatsApp Business) are an added advantage Detail-oriented and self-motivated to work in a growing business What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a growing floriculture (roses & other flowers) business Hands-on experience in client management, accounting, and B2B marketing Exposure to agri-business operations and sustainable farming markets For Interns: Stipend ?5,000 ?8,000 / month For Full-time: Salary ?10,000 ?12,000 / month (based on skills & experience) To apply, send your CV and a short note on why you'd like to join to: [HIDDEN TEXT]
