Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting principles. This role is suitable for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable and receivable.
Record all business transactions in Tally accurately and timely.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Support payroll processing and GST filing (if applicable).
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally
Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and invoicing.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Preferred:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Familiarity with statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
