Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance

department. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Accountant and will receive

comprehensive training to handle various accounting tasks, including bill processing, bank

reconciliation, and client bill verification. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of invoices and bills.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and Gpay statements to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Verify and reconcile client bills with reservation documentation.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare and submit financial reports as required.

• Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.

• Perform other accounting duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• B. Com Degree required; additional qualifications in Accounting or Finance are a plus.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
