Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant | Store Incharge to join our team. This dual-role position requires a candidate who can bridge the gap between our financial records and physical inventory.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are backed by accurate documentation while managing the day-to-day operations of our stock and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Coordination

  • Verification: Coordinate with the accounts team to verify Purchase Orders (POs) against invoices to ensure accuracy in billing and delivery.
  • Client Relations: Prepare and share professional quotations with clients based on their requirements.
  • Credit Control: Actively follow up with clients for outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Documentation: Maintain digital and physical files for all financial documents, including tax invoices and receipts.

Store & Inventory Management

  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of stock levels; perform regular physical audits and reconcile them with digital inventory logs.
  • Logistics: Manage the receiving and dispatching of couriers and shipments. Ensure all incoming materials are inspected for quality and quantity.
  • Space Management: Organize the store area to ensure easy accessibility and safety of goods.

Office Administration

  • General Admin: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on stock movement and pending client payments.

RequirementDescriptionEducation

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience 0–9 years of experience in accounts, storekeeping, or a combined admin role.

Software Proficiency in MS Excel , and Emails.

Communication Strong verbal and written communication for client follow-ups and vendor negotiation.

Attributes High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
