Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant whose main responsibility is to support and assist the Accountant in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accountant with day-to-day accounting work
  • Help prepare and organize invoices, bills, and receipts
  • Support data entry of purchase, sales, and payment records
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records
  • Coordinate with vendors/clients for basic accounts-related follow-ups
  • Provide general office support to the Accounts Department

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Commerce /Accounting /Finance (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Recent graduates .
